- A photo can ONLY
be submitted once you have purchased and received your Canine
Heritage™ Breed Test Kit in the mail.
- Have your sample
submission form available and identify the unique Test ID
number at the top right hand corner of your form. Enter your
TestID#
exactly as shown.

Rename digital photo with your unique Test ID number found on your sample
submission form. The file name should contain only letters
and
numbers with no spaces or punctuation. Extra characters will
cause the upload to fail.
- Only JPEG (file extension
.jpg) photos are accepted
- Digital photo must not
exceed 2 MB (megabyte) in size and must have a resolution of 2400 x 1800 or
less
